| Introduction | I'm currently finishing up my junior year at Georgia Tech. I got interested in the veg lifestyle back in highschool. My father has always had a passion for cooking (omnivorously) and that has inspired me to hone my culinary skills. My recipes are mostly amalgamations of things I've stumbled upon through the internet. I would say I focus mostly on food that has had little processing. I buy whole, fresh ingredients and work from there (well - except for soymilk and tortillas). My recipes aren't non-fat, sugarless or gluten free. |
