Introduction	My desire is to teach godly men to be pastors of God's flock in their own country. Training and equipping pastors insures that each generation of God's people will have leadership, sound doctrine and pastoral care. The proverb, "Strike the Shepherd and the sheep will be scattered" is sadly the rule in Asia, not the exception. By endeavoring to be faithful in this work, we show our devotion to God's purposes and wisdom according to His will. The Apostle Paul told Timothy, "Pay attention to yourself, and to your doctrine, for in so doing, you will preserve both yourself and those who hear you". Oh Lord, strengthen our feeble hands to preserve and protect your most lovely Bride!
