| Introduction | I discovered the Paleo/Primal lifestyle through two of my very good friends Mario Singelmann (Primal Fitness) and Karen Pendergrass (Paleo Approved). I want to say, thank you to both of them for changing my life and being friends that one can only wish for. As I live my daily life as a modern caveman, I shop for paleo/primal ingredients and try to create new dishes to keep our palate fresh and our lives more colorful.
