| Introduction | I am a Naturopathic Doctor in Portand Oregon. I love food and believe that good food heals. I also think that wellbeing can be nurtured and that our bodies have the innate capacity to heal. I have a special interest in women’s health and have spent the last ten years of my practice helping women find restful sleep, balanced moods, renewed energy, fertility and vitality. Some of my other favorite things to do: Biking around Portland (especially in the summer time), getting my hands in the dirt in our ever-changing garden and making my own medicine. |
