| Introduction | I have been a Personal Trainer for nearly 10 years now, and I still have a passion and a love for the work I do. I enjoy meeting new clients and taking on the challenge of whatever their goals might be. I am highly qualified and feel I am able to meet the training needs of any clients: I have a Sport Sciences degree from Brunel University, I am qualified in Biomechanics, Weight Management, and Kettlebell, Boxercise, and Sport Specific Training. I am also a fully registered member of The Register of Exercise Professionals. |
