| Introduction | 2011 has been a HUGE year for me. A lot has changed, I have changed it hasn't been easy but the changes are all certainly for the better. I have tackled some pretty nasty mental demons, and continue to battle them on occasion.......difference now is that I know I am capable of winning. My physical health has become a bit of a hobby, a project perhaps. I am in the best shape of my adult life, and the exciting part is I still have a way to go. |
