| Introduction | I'm 52 years old and a freshman in college!! I'm proof you're never too old! My major is Paralegal Technology at University of Cincinnati, Clermont College. I love my classes and I love the work. I've had horses all my life and with all the issues going on right now regarding horse welfare, I felt obliged to help out in some way. Hopefully this blog will take off and I can spread the word about what's going on with horses to more and more people. |

We write songs about horses, we talk about them in our history books, horse language is a part of our everyday talking (don't look a gift horse in the mouth, healthy as a horse, etc), and I cannot think of one thing similar to this about pigs or cows, yet we STILL slaughter horses. WHY?? So the very rich, the "1%" in foreign countries get their "delicacy"? Again, I ask, WHY??
