| Introduction | Born in London and raised in Vancouver, Harbir attended Simon Fraser University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He then went on to complete his Doctor of Optometry degree from The New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. During his last year of Optometry school, Dr. Sian completed clinical rotations which included ocular disease, pediatrics, specialty contact lens fitting, and primary care, while working in private practice, community care and hospital settings. |
