| Introduction | I'm a novelist (and sometimes memoirist) living on the coast north of Boston, Massachusetts. My first novel, The Opposite of Music, was published in hardcover by Atheneum 2007 and paperback by Simon Pulse in 2008. It tells the story of a family dealing with the father's depression.
