| Introduction | I am on a journey to get myself healthy again. I was a serious athlete for the majority of my life but as college and then graduate school got more intense I got lazier. I didn't have the TIME or ENERGY to exercise. Because of this I have become a young woman that I no longer know or like for that matter. This is my journey. I am recording it so that way my friends and family can keep me accountable and help me reach my goal of living a healthy life. |
