| Introduction | Dr. Grandhe started his first medical practice in 1994 in Bakersfield, California. It was in anesthesia/pain management, and it was mainly interventional. The focus was to avoid patient dependency on narcotic medications. In 2001, Dr. Grandhe independently started the Central Valley Pain Management Practice (CVPM), as a full-time practice. Within a few years, CVPM gradually expanded to other parts of Central Valley covering most of the underserved areas of Kern, Tulare, and Fresno, with its main branches in Bakersfield, Tulare, and Fresno. |
