| Introduction | My name's Jason Carton and I became a Dad on the 14th of July 2009. We named him Tiernan, it means 'Little Lord' in Irish. Now our lives are totally different and I'm learning more and more about myself as I see my little man develop and grow. I moved to Berkshire in 2007 to live with my fiance, and her two children, Beth and Ben. I'm settled here now but still miss home at times. I have been into athletics since I was 13. I have won many Wicklow titles and have reached the All-Irelands a number of occations. I was on the Wicklow team that won All-Ireland gold and ran the 1500 metres. I ran the Paris Marathon in April 2007 in a time of 3 hours 46 minutes which wasn't too bad considering it was my first Marathon and it was 32 degrees! |
