Introduction	I taught English and/or German in public high schools and at a small university for more than 25 years. I coached the girls tennis team at Bolivar High School (MO) for 14 years. I have also worked as a reporter at two small newspapers, and I am currently on staff at The Marketing Bunch. In 2011, after many years of wondering what was wrong with me, I was diagnosed with celiac disease. This blog describes a few of the important discoveries I make as I learn to cope with celiac disease in the real world.
