IntroductionSame gender loving naturist/nudist man looking to make friends and to celebrate life. A HIV/AIDS prevention education instructor trainer volunteer with my local chapter of the American Red Cross. A humanist striving to make a positive difference in this world every day. An honest man living honestly and naturally. A nice nude dude who happens to be Deaf. I may be somewhat irreverent, however, I am not irrelevant. I am an optimist and prefer to surround myself with the same. All of us, working in harmony, despite our obvious differences, is what I'm about. Each one, reach one and teach one is my philosophy. Beware: I come equipped with my own Deaf, queer and naked family. My identical twin brother and one of my male first cousins!
InterestsMy blog "DQN In Northern Virginia" (link below),photography, reading, basketball, volleyball, hiking/walking, bicycling, writing, observing people, travel and, of course, being naked as often as possible!
Favorite movies"The Family Stone" (2006) One of my all-time favorites because it depicts a racially and ability mixed same-sex couple. An African-American/hearing man, Patrick (Brian White) and a Caucasian/Deaf man, Thad (Ty Giordano). Now, that's diversity! "Invictus" (2009) The end of apartheid was the background as two men, looking beyond their individual differences, worked together towards a common goal. That's what life, living together and sharing this planet is about.
Favorite booksAny titles written by Randy Boyd, E. Lynn Harris, James Earl Hardy, Steven Corbin, David Sedaris, John Grisham, David Baldacci, L.M. Ross, Walter Mosley, James Patterson, Robin Cook and Patricia Cromwell. Also: "All I Could Bare: My Life in the Strip Clubs of Gay Washington, DC" by Craig Seymour. "Breaking Back: How I Lost Everything And Won Back My Life" by James Blake.
