Introduction	I’m one of those people who under a different set of circumstances would be quite happy with a big house in suburbia, married to a blue collar worker with 2.4 children doing the school run in a Chelsea tractor. But, for some reason, that can’t be me. I sufferer from guilt; guilt about putting something in the bin rather than composting or recycling it, guilt about flying, guilt about leaving my TV on standby and guilt about spending money.
