| Introduction | I fight with myself...sometimes I also win! I was born in a beautiful city in north-eastern Romania and I spent my childhood in a mountain village, at my father's parish, with my two brothers. I studied art with my father by my side and my mother against. I became friends with painting very early, and at the age of 13, I started to go deeply in the beauty of this pursuit. A year later, I decided to attend an Arts highschool and later on, a university in the same area. There, I chose Monumental Byzantine Art. Iconography brought me in balance between right and wrong. On one hand, the chaos and on the other hand, the order. But what do right and wrong mean, who can tell me what kind of order we can find inside chaos and how much chaos lies in the order...? I still don't know, but i m looking for the answer and I express myself through painting. I am lucky to be able to express myself this way.It's difficult to speak through colours only about the positive side, for it is in the omnipresence of the negative one. |
