| Introduction | My name is Sham Sanghera and I am certified and Degreed in Wellness, Fitness and Health and I am the CEO of Inspired Wellness. I am embarking on many endeavors in the next few months and I would like to invite you along for the ride. I am launching a new Fitness and Wellness company and in preparation for that I have decided to allow my clients and anyone else out there an inside look. On a personal note not talking about The Wellness Fitness me... I am at a stage in life where I know exactly what I want from life now it is up to me to go get it. I have a great family supported by my amazing girlfriend. Very ambitious and passionate about the things I do. My mind tends to wonder at a million mph with different ideas and thoughts never really staying stagnant. I love chocolate, finding the deep true meanings of things and what drives people. I mix a serious nature with a cooky side. I never really sit still unless it is to sleep or watch ESPN. |
