| Introduction | This is my attempt to document the lives of my wonderful son, my labrador Kodi, taking care of my 83 year old dad and the things that happen to us as we take care of each other. It will be a journey of starts , stops, love, pain and a story of perseverance and a slow return to faith in trying to take care of each other. It will be journey and written from the past, jump forward to the present and everything in between. I will try to keep it uplifting and positive. Already enough negativity in the world. A little about me. I am an intensely patriotic veteran who served in the US Navy for 20 years. Now a single dad, caretaker , entrepreneur and trying to understand the meaning of life. Yeah, I know. A tough one :) I believe we are the "shining city" on the hill and an idea that is always being improved upon. This blog will also share my ideas and thoughts on life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Other topic will include food, supplementation, exercise and other things that interest me. Full disclosure, I own the companies or have a vested interest in their success and will note that as I blog. |
