| Introduction | My mother was diagnosed with Celiac disease over a year ago. I made jokes about her announcing that she "had to eat gluten free" to every waiter at every restaurant and I adopted all the unwanted gluten-filled products from her pantry. Hummm. A year a later I have my offical diagnosis, along with pictures of my intestines to inform me that I too have Celiac disease. Last night I announced to our waitress that I must eat gluten free. Karma. |
