IntroductionWelcome to Two workouts This blog is dedicated to how to get the best results for training only 2 times per week. Here you will find my free templates to home bodyweight,dumbbell and barbell routines. Personally I do two full body home workouts per week which take about 60-80minutes per session. I'm sharing my own experience throughout the years of training at home and possibly reaching out to other great people on their views how to improve.
