| Introduction | I'm in awe of the human body. I'm no endurance athlete but I am surprised at the punishment the human body can take. In 2011 a lot of life 'stuff' got on top of me and I decided to pack a backpack with as much stuff as it could carry, get a lift to Lands End, and set off on a 914 mile solo hike to John O'Groats. It was life changing and has may me a better person. It also contextualised the life stuff so it was a win win situation. I have since done a number of long distance walk and I'll be bringing some of them to this blog. |
