Introduction	I’m a writer, editor, project manager, avid locavore, friend, wife, mom. When I got lost in the rain forests of southeast Nigeria as a kid, I found a lush bed of wild orchids hidden under a towering canopy of soaring trees. I’ve been wandering off the beaten path ever since.
