| Introduction | Through some divine grace, I have found myself living at a yoga ashram. Truly, the stars had to align...and I am here...on a journey of discovering myself, my dharma and my truth. A professional musician, I have now entered a place of soundlessness...a place where there is little music. Even the sounds of excessive joy, and tears, are held within. Our teachings emphasize an inward focus based on the writings of the great sages of yoga and tantra. However, I know there is a purpose to my "noisy" presence within this landscape. |
