| Introduction | Hi, my name is Abhay Singh and I am an Advocate. I started this blog as an archive of my legal research work. After graduation, I worked in law chambers in New Delhi representing both government and private clients, and this exposure has given me an edge in understanding and solving legal issues. I believe in the old fashioned way of advocacy, that is, being a "through and through" Advocate capable of handling legal issues independently and that is why litigation became my calling.
