Introduction	Bubble tea is a milk tea with tiny "pearls" (tapioca) that originated in Taiwan and can be found sporadically throughout the USA. It's a fun, happy drink, and oh so delicious. This blog is where I post my adventures and thoughts while teaching English in Taiwan for a year on the Fulbright Grant. I have studied Chinese for 3 years and am thrilled to be surrounded by Chinese culture. I am from Georgia and recently graduated from the University of South Carolina in Biomedical Engineering.
