Introduction	After floating around in different professions ie: food and service industry, I decided to go back to school and get my psw certificate. Little did I know that I was entering a chaotic world that equally holds my work responsible for the lives of others and disrespects my opinions. Hence, this is my place to vent after five years of experience. I began my career at a palliative care home that modelled itself on the home-care setting. That being said, after two years, I went after the higher wages of a nursing home. There are as many differences as similarities between the two venues. I use both experiences to continue to enhance my skills as I face new challenges everyday. And then there's my second love...writing. I have been creating stories and poems since I was a young tot and have decided to share some of these with the world
