| Introduction | Technology changes the way things work to make life a little easier. However the application of technology is not often applied as to how it was originally designed. I'm interested in understanding how people use and innovate technology, mainly mobile and Internet, in the real world and how it can be applied in a business environment. To do this I take nothing at face value and have to see the actual data to see what's going on. Currently researching the real use of mobile technology in retail at Warwick Business School - do people actual always go for the cheaper online option, do they really showroom, what's impact of social media - my research hope to build on the research do far. |
