| Introduction | I'm a Canadian living in GA. I did my first triathlon on a dare at age 35, coming from a fairly non-athletic background, and fell in love with the sport. At 41, I started pursuing triathlon seriously. At 43 I did my first Ironman. I've had a bit of a roller coaster journey through this sport over the last few years, and have learned so much. As I've often said in my blog and out of it, 'as in Tri, so in Life'. Lessons learned in one translate to the other, and it goes both ways. This blog is where I'll share my own lessons and hope they bring you some inspiration and I am sure a few laughs to boot. Thanks for reading :) |
