| Introduction | My Name is MeJai ( a collaboration of my grandparents name James and Melba)Thank you mother for your attempt at creativity. I am a full time Wife of one husband, mother of two girls, and care taker of two dogs, part time crafter. I enjoy changing my mind and sinse of style(including hair color) every so often. I enjoy old movies, new movies, movies in general. I live a Romantic Comedy most everyday of my life, tho sometimes I switch to Drama. I am addicted to Green Tea Lattes (soy) My husband and I have been married for 7 years, have two girls Avalyn Grace(Avie) 5, and Elizabeth Kate(Eliza)2, a one-eyed boston terrier Sue-B.Que(Sue) and a porch dog/babysitter/guard dog Shoe-May( she may take off with your shoes or she may not so don't leave them on the porch). My husband Blake and I work with the childrens ministry at our church and we love it, we have met and made some great friends at our local church. I love to make diaper cakes decorate for birthdays, showers, or any occasion to wear festive hats and eat cake. I have an Etsy store named PeggedUrit. Well thats a start |
| Interests | Cooking it interests me but not motivates me, would love to learn how to be more domestic (sort of), Re-purposing items, upcycled crafts, boubles and fabric flowers,developing better parenting skills, putting to memorie all Janis Joplin lyrics (almost there),Finding myself (if possible)..is finding a good word ? maybe discovering my true potential, afterall I am not really hiding, I am starting a Blog. My children, my husband interests me,eating healthier,crafts, parties, digital scrap booking, small sewing projects, my Boston terrier, pretty much life in general,and how some people manage to make it with out walking around sense, that interests well maybe puzzles me. |

| Favorite books | Thats a hard one I would love to say that I love to read ...but no I haven't the time nor do I make time. I love the thought of "culing up to a good book" I fantasize of myself in soft cotton pajamas sitting on a cushy window bench devoting hours of un-interupted time reading..being captivated by a great page turner (eating a red apple, don't no why?). Anyway reading a book is kinda like sex you need to be able to concentrate to enjoy it. Well maybe it is more like applying mascara you need to devote a certian amount of uninterupted time to get the desired outcome and the product needs to be worth the effort.. maybe it is more like sex..hmm |
