Introduction	I am a happily married, working mom to 2 beautiful girls. I was blessed with my oldest when I was 20 (she's now 19) & my youngest only 2 years ago. We are a very busy active household. In all the family & work time I try to carve out some time just for ME!! That time is usually spent running, which over the last couple of years I've come to love!
