| Introduction | Fred holds various positions within the DA. Let's start in Pretoria. Fred is the past Caucus Leader of the DA in the Tshwane Metro Council and a member of the Gauteng North Regional Executive Committee. Currently he is a Member of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature and spokesperson on Local Government and Deputy Spokesperson on Roads and Public Transport. Fred is a member of the DA's Federal Council and Federal Executive. He is currently the National Chairperson of the DA MPL Network. Fred is the past National Chairperson of the Association of DA Councillors (ADAC). Fred is also a shareholder in a social investment consultancy. |
