| Introduction | The John Mark Stallings Special Needs Accessible Playground of Morgan County is a collective effort of Hartselle area civic clubs, organizations & individual volunteers. Bob Francis with the Hartselle Industrial Development Board is the Project Manager. Phase 1 (Swing Area) & Phase 2 (Aqua Zone Splash Water Park) is now completed & the SNAP Committee is in the fundraising stage of Phase 3 to raise in excess of $350k to complete the playground area.
