| Introduction | I am a "fallen" endurance athelete, trying to recapture his passion for marathon-distance running. I also enjoy swimming, and when I can find the time, I have been known to smack a badminton bird around a court, too. One of my long-term goals is to complete an Ironman-distance triathlon... These days, however, my workout regimen is virtually non-existent ... I also have 3 children of my own - Hayley, 21, Ryan, 17 and Tanisha, 16. Michelle and I enjoy our view of the world from a lovely corner suite overlooking West Bay Marina, along with our 3 cats, Gryphen, Bluebell and Gandolph. |
