| Introduction | The purpose of this site is twofold. One, to unmask the dangerous, abusive, and cult-like "ministry" of Pastor Doug Riggs. We will examine his claims and published writings through the lens of skepticism and critical thinking. It is the will of this blog's creator to do so in a neutral and unbiased fashion to the extent it can be done. Two, to provide the victims of this man, and their families, a sounding board to share their experiences in a supportive environment. All testimonials will be republished in their entirety and unedited with exception of removal of personal information - and every effort will be made to protect the identities of those who come forward. Rebuttals from Mr. Riggs and his supporters will also be entertained, and responded to. |
