Unlike a dog, how can a turtle ever be naked?
A turtle becomes naked when it has no shell, but are there really turtles without a shell? Hold on, let me check. EWWWW! There they look like huge, silky frogs "ribbit, ribbit." Go ahead look it up I dare you.
