Introduction	My name is John Tucker, and I am the Managing Shareholder of Tucker & Ludin, P.A., a Florida law firm dedicated to representing the disabled in various types of disability benefit claims. Tucker & Ludin is in the Tampa Bay area, and I represent disabled and injured people throughout the United States, though most of my clients are in Florida. I am a disability attorney, and I help people get different types of insurance and government benefits. A large part of my practice involves ERISA, the federal law that regulates employee benefits.
