| Introduction | As of Nov 2008, I became a full time mom. I left the restaurant- Tupelo Honey Cafe- where I'd worked for 6 years (!) to stay home with baby Jack as long as possible. "Home" also happens to be a 12-acre hunk of land in the middle of no where with 9 acres of flat-land that my fiance & I are strongly encouraging things other than weeds to grow on. My fiance, Brian, started this farm about 3 1/2 years ago with the idea of growing food for Tupelo Honey- where he's the head chef (yes, thats how we met). Hopefully, I'll be able to stay out of work a little longer & figure out a way to start making a little money off of our "farm"- because right now, I feel like I'm livin' the dream! |
