| Introduction | After three decades of life, I feel like I may finally be finding myself. AND,after all these years I find that I am still not as graceful as I would like to be. Graceful being refined. Refinement is hard to come by when you are wiping a baby bottom and chasing a spirited three-year-old. So, I am not aiming for perfection, but for progress.
