| Introduction | My name is Jacqueline. I'm 13 years old. I have been doing ballet for four and a 1/2 years and pointe for six months. I spent 3 years at a local dance studio but I'm now a serious ballet student that has been training at my current ballet school for almost a year. At my ballet school I study ballet and pointe in the Russian style. When I get older there's nothing I want more than to dance ballet professionally with a top ballet company in the US. No one I know really understands my insane passion for dance unless they are serious ballet students like me and that's partially why I have started my blog. To allow other people to understand why I dance and the extreme demands for classical ballet, the part people miss out on when they see a professional ballet dancer. This is my first blog.
