Introduction	Welcome to the San Patricio County 4-H Program. 4-H is the youth development program of the Texas AgriLife Extension. Our purpose is that boys and girls receive the opportunity to learn, develop life skills and form attitudes that will enable them to become self-directing, productive and contributing members of society. The 4-H program has opportunities to offer both rural and urban youth. 4-H education, recreation, recognition, field trips, club and community activities help equalize opportunities and personal development of all young people. 4-H IS A FAMILY AFFAIR. A boy or girl selects various 4-H projects with the help of their parents. The parents then advise, counsel, and assist their child with the project. We look forward to your participation in the San Patricio County 4-H Program.
