| Introduction | I'm 67; Sr (J) is 85. Between us we have 9 living adult children (one passed from melanoma this year), (plus multiple grands and great-grands!). Life is happy, loving, peaceful and challenging. We are doing this one day at a time, because I've learned how through AlAnon, a support group for friends and family of loved ones with an addiction. I'm forever grateful for these rooms of recovery wherever I go. We moved across country from Oregon to Florida in March 2016. So far it's been exciting and so different! Not one, but two hurricanes so far... (Picture Bilbo running down the lane with his bag, shouting "I'm going on an adventure!" ) |
