| Introduction | Briefly: I am a senior at Western Kentucky University studying Apparel Design, Merchandising, and Textiles. I absolutely love fashion, and it consumes my life! I enjoy all aspects of fashion from styling to product development to fashion illustration. I plan to graduate in May of 2011, and cannot wait to get out there into the industry! A little on my background: I have worked retail sales since the age of 16 (that's 7 years)! I have held entry level sales associate positions, as well as management positions. I also hold office as president of Fashion Inc. at Western Kentucky University, where I attend school. Fashion Inc. is an organization that focuses on enrichment and career building, as well as community outreach. We have taken on many jobs that range from putting on fashion shows to volunteering and planning charity events. I absolutely love being president of Fashion Inc.! It has opened many doors for me, broadened my perspective of fashion, and opened my eyes to all the things fashion can do! |
