Introduction | I'm an industrial consultant and trainer who grew up in heavy industry, operated various business ventures, then taught high school for few years. Then ten years ago, back to industry with the venture CD Industrial Group Inc. www.carldyke.com I have a strong motivation to help industrial teams find more rewards and success and satisfaction in their work. Most industrial sites I visit are an absolute playground for learning and innovation and for achieving amazing things within a team. To that end my company specializes in training around problem solving. We build customized training simulations for industrial systems, and we build complete training solutions. I like to mountain bike. It's a good rush and a good workout. I also love to build Lego and Meccano models with my boy. Rock Band with the office team on Fri. is a blast, and also with friends on weekends. Helps with the winter blues!! |
