| Introduction | In many of my conversations I find myself saying, "I'm sorry the church did this to you." I meet people who have been wrecked at one time or another by an institution that is supposed to practice forgiveness, healing and mercy; but often practices legalism and power politics. The result is that the people Jesus cares for are ignored, mistreated or abused. But I am begining to discover the mercies of Jesus and want to connect with those who hunger to know if those healing mercies are real. |
