| Introduction | Greg Mclean O.A.M. is Assistant National Secretary of the ASU,has extensive experience in public sector reform, policy development and implementation,including industrial relations and community outcomes.Is a director of a number of organisations including those linked to professional development and skills acquisition, has participated extensively in a range of public sector reform issues /campaigns in Australia and other Countries.Is an active member of the Public Services International and works with the broad Labour movement. Has represented workers and the Labour movement at a committee level including at the ILO, OECD , ADB, other mainstream international organizations,as well as before Parliamentary committees, various other inquiries, as well as a range of lobbying projects to National, State and Local Governments.He was a rank and file industry member before commencing full-time work for the ASU and its predecessor organisations. In 2011 Greg was awarded the Order of Australia Medal (O.A.M.) for Services to Industrial Relations. |
