| Introduction | While studying Broadcast News at WKU, I found myself extremely unhappy with my life. Although I have always had a love for academics, I knew that a career and time consuming job wasn't going to be what satisfied me. After one semester, I came home with a fairly unsure plan of what I was going to do with my life. It seemed that after making that risky decision, things instantly began to fall into place. I was set up on a blind date with my future husband, I began learning about God, and what I wanted to do with my life started to become clear to me. I wanted a family; a husband and children to take care of. I wanted a home; a little nest that was so warm you'd think it had a fireplace. God has blessed me with all of those things and so much more. I was married at 18 to my sweetheart, I accepted Christ at the age of 19, and I gave birth to our first daughter just a few days shy of turning 20. This blog is our story, among other things I may feel like blabbing about. Ultimately, I feel the importance to share how we walk in God's grace. |
