| Introduction | I'm an Information Technology Consultant. Friends and clients call me TheMacMommy because I'm a goofy, geeky, multimedia mom on a Mac who takes care of their gadgets. Patient and thorough, I address technology needs in a holistic way. Since the 1990s, I've been teaching people of all ages to use the Mac and internet tools. I hold a BFA from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. I've been TheMacMommy for longer than I’ve been a mom. My background is in advertising, graphic design, prepress, education, and technical support. Tucson, Arizona is where I call home with my husband who teaches high school physics. We have two geeky kids and an adorable dog named Opal. My life is Made on a Mac. Purple is my favorite color. I live with ADHD, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis. My children teach me a lot about accommodating and advocating. Despite these challenges, I find joy in sharing knowledge and I love learning something new. We live in very interesting times.
