| Introduction | I'm as Canadian as it gets (as far as I know...). I was born in Brantford, ON, then at age 3 we moved to Montreal until I was 6. After that it was Burlington, ON until age 11. Then my Pops shipped us out to Calgary where I finished High School. Then it was the beautiful west coast where I attended University at UVic until I was 22. Then for some crazy reason I decided to move to Ottawa! I completed a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering there, and then moved to Vancouver where I am now. As far as my interests/lifestyle go, I started this blog in order to share my experiences and experiments in human potential, along with presenting the science of health. Basically, I've always wanted to find ways to maximize my productivity and just pure enjoyment of life (in a sustainable way)! I want nothing more than boundless energy, a positive attitude, a fully functional strong body, and a happy life full of love (both given and received). Might seem like a lot to ask, but I am dedicated to getting it all! |
