Introduction	Maybe someday when I finish my studies I'll be able to get Bites of the Day back up and running. Currently, I'm working on my Bachelors of Professional Studies in Baking and Pastry Arts Management at The Culinary Institute of America, set to graduate in March 2012. I graduated with my AOS in Baking and Pastry in November of 2010. I am Bengal is random/strange/funny things my bengal cat, Mowgli does that I've managed to get on my iPhone.
