Introduction	I'm a Maritime girl and student of culinary with a love of everything local and fresh. I thrive on learning new techniques, tastes, textures, and experiences and paying forward what I have learned. My second love; sailing comes from growing up in a coastal community and having the opportunity to be on the water. There is a certain magic that happens while cooking and sharing a meal with friends on a boat. I learned early on that I will be a life long student of both enjoying every moment of the adventures. Even when the seas get rough!
